Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is FRINGE? Fringe Theatre? FRINGE MARFA?

See our About page.

Ticketing

What is included with admission?
All Access admission includes everything on the schedule. Can't make the whole festival? Day passes (Friday ONLY and Saturday ONLY) are also available.

Do I have to purchase tickets for the entire festival?
No. Friday ONLY and Saturday ONLY passes are available.

Can I buy a ticket to see just one show?
No. Like legit theatre, your admission pays for a full evening of entertainment. The flow of the shows has been intentionally built to create a FRINGE MARFA gestalt. All the acts have traveled great distances and at great cost to perform (only once) at this inaugural event. We invite audience members to create a supportive community for the many acts and actors filling our stage.

Do I have to buy tickets in advance?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during registration hours at the Hotel Paisano and before evening performances start at the USO Hall. Same-day tickets are subject to availability.

What methods of payment are accepted if I buy my ticket when I get to Marfa?
You can pay with a major credit or debit card or cash. We cannot accept personal checks, money orders or non-US currency.

Schedule

If I buy a Friday ONLY ticket, can I attend the class and panels on Saturday?
Yes. Feel free to stick around and get the most out of your time in Marfa.

If I buy a Saturday ONLY ticket, can I attend the class and panels on Saturday in addition to the shows that night?
Yes. Come early and get the best value for your admission.

How do I sign up to see 9 In the Morning, the continuously running show in the hotel room?
You can pick a timeslot at the registration table at the Hotel Paisano. Because only 6 people can view this show at one time, timeslots might fill up. There's no way to book this online. Depending on attendance, we will have standby seating for any openings that do not fill in advance.
